looking threw one of babs new books called " street wear" i came acros a new designer who i like by the name of mark ward,  who graduated from csm and has work fr nike,new balance, the hideout store, virgin records, death skateboards, and used to be a skateboarder who turned to snowboard but after busting his knee is more abou the graphics then the tricks now days.

fmp update 6

i finished my book but due to money ishues i cant get i printed. so im going to print it off and do a small mock up of what is shall look like. im happy with the out come of it as i think it has a clear link to me and anyone who knows a small amount about me ( or has read threw the
book and has lernt a few things about me) will be able to see how the retro style is a representive of me

looking after the show

right now me and faye are looking after the show and just had about 20 small kids turn up. faye ran off lol i was talking to one little boy about james bond and the army he was cool. there are pictures needed to be uploaded when i get them of babs.

after everyone had printed there work out i helped alot to get all the work up and even came in on the weekend befor i went away to make sure the show was up and ready

last few weeks have been a bit mental with everyone trying to get work printed for the show and sorting out the room.

u have been replaced with tumblr for so long but im back baby dont worry.
so last few weeks have been finishing up my fmp which i fill went realy well and end of teh day i had a good time doing the project unlick alot of ppl who kinda seemed as it was more of an effort then fun.. when we had free range to do as we wanted with the project

also had an interview at midlesex uni today, " ur verry graphic bassed" so what suck my balls im on a graphics course but apart from that it was alright think
basicly if i dont get into uni i have 2 life plans

life plan 1. get the tressure map of my pirate uncle and hunt down the dimond skull of jeff and then trade that with the gypsy for a some masgic beans so i can go make out with the princess in the castle in the clouds

life plan 2. to get a girl up the duff and make the goverment give us a house then make her go get a realy rich job... or cut out the middle man and make a rich girl fall in love with me

other then uni stuf stressing me out college is going really well was over the moon to get my narative project back and have a distinction. and have re submited it now and got a full distinction.
the plan is inbetween seeting up the show to bost up more units to distinction lvl

neil brown has all the swag and would like a distinction on this unit too plz

FMP update 5

fmp is still going well still tumblring every day and just sorting out visual layout atm for my final brochure.
once i have sorted this out then i just need to work out tht background images and then i can start to add the day blogs into

FMP update 4

have just done a peer review on how my project is going. i did mine with Katie Marshall. katies project has had a good start she is looking at making a poster for lounge on the farm. she is looking into photography with illustration and i think this is a good idea and could work well, only thing i said is maybe look at her primary research from when she went to a farm for more ideas

this is what she wrote about mine
"good start. gone into a lot of detail, really nice ideas. work up the fact file idea, rekon that will be good. try some actual layouts from the designs you've done - test type over the photos, experiment with opacity.

along side what Katie has said i am going to start to advertise the blog more. and if i have time do some t shirt designs and badges.

uni update

after not getting onto the BA illustration at LCC i got offerd the chance to apply for the FDA at LCC and had to send of a short powerpoint of my work. just have to wait and see if they give me a place now.

LCC

lcc said they would reply with in 1-3 days so ether last thur, fri or sat. its now Tuesday and we still have yet to hear and i think this waiting part is the hardest, if i dont get in (more then likely) i can get over it and sort out what im going to do with the rest of my life weather it be join the army or move away to get a job or with max go and do conservation work, just have to wait for them to let me know whats going on.

FMP update 3

im on day 12 of my tumblr blogging and its still going really well i think, iv started to look at brochures and the binding ways and paper to use for this. really enjoying the 7:45 pics.

LCC

on 2days ago i had a portfolio review at LCC for illustration. the day befor i spent the whole day sorting out my portfolio but weather it is what they are looking for i do not know. but the uni its self is really nice and i would like to go there i think. it wasnt an interview as such just took us into a room and 5mins later we was out the room just had to leave our portfolio on a table and they said they would get back to us with in 3days max today is day 2 and  havnt seen if iv got an email from them yet and i know when it comes threw im not going to wanna look at it as i know they will say unsucssefull. the rest of the day was good tho spent it just poncing around ldn with faye and had food from camden  food market
will update this again when i find out if i have got in or not

London trip

we went on a college trip to london to go to the Haywald museum and to be fair it was so bad and was not worth the time to go there let alone money to pay to get inside and if that is the best of British art then thats an embarrassmen. best part of the day and alsp the worst for me was bing at southbank skate spot but wasnt allowed to have my board with me to go skate. and kidny stef stood in piss.
after this we walked along the bank towads to Tate and i hate that place for me its so uninspiering allthough some of the wrk in there is very skill full alot of it is just crap and none of it catches my atention or excites me.
